Description:
1. Unblocking and cleaning of the sewage system as well as emptying and transporting liquid waste from septic tanks within the real estate resources of the Bytom Commune) in the scope of unblocking the sewage system: - the Ordering Party entrusts and the Contractor undertakes to perform in 2026 the service of unblocking the sewage system in real estate belonging to the resources of the Bytom Commune. The subject of the order includes the provision of unblocking services of internal sewage systems in buildings and connections and inspection wells, i.e. external sewage systems using a portable, specialized device of the WUKO type, along with pumping out water and waste (feces) in the event of flooding resulting from blockage. b) in terms of emptying tanks septic tanks: The Employer entrusts, and the Contractor accepts, the service of emptying septic tanks (septic tanks) and transporting liquid waste using a septic tank to be performed in 2026. Liquid waste is collected in tanks septic tanks - social and domestic sewage, the chemical composition of which complies with specific standards allowing discharge of this sewage into the municipal sewage system.2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is described in Annex No. 1 to SWZ.3. Performer is obliged to specify in the Offer Form the time of commencement of the sewage unblocking service with WUKO equipment as a result of a failure, counting from the moment of receiving the notification.4.
