Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 4 light specialist rescue cars and 1 car for a specialized search and rescue group divided into the following parts:
Part I-delivery of 1 light specialist rescue car;
Part II - delivery of 3 light carsspecialist rescue;
Part III-Delivery of 1 car for a specialized search and rescue group.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1a to SWZ for Part I, Annex 1B to SWZ for Part II and Annex 1C to SWZ for Part III.
Each of the vehicleHe should meet, among others The following requirements:
- Requirements of Polish road traffic regulations, taking into account the requirements for privileged vehicles, in accordance with the Act of 20 June 1997 Road Traffic Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1251, as amended) together with executive provisions;
-The requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of the Interior and Administration of June 20, 2007 on a list of products to ensure the principles of public safety or health and life protection, as well as the principles of issuing admission of these products for use (Journal of Lawsfrom 2007, No. 143, item 1002 as amended);
- must meet the requirements set out in the ordinance of the ministers: internal affairs and administration, national defense, finance and justice of 22 March 2019 on special vehicles and used for special purposes of the Police,Agency ...
