- The subject of the order is the supply of IT equipment for the Warsaw South Hospital sp.z o.o. As part of the KPO D1.1.1 - part III
The subject of the contract includes:
Task No. 1 - computer set for medical staff
Task No. 2 - Multifunctional device
Task No. 3 - Scanner documentation
Task No. 4 - 2D wireless reader
Task No. 5 - a thermal printer for bar codes
A detailed description of the subject of the contract contains Annex No. 2 "Assortment and price form" and Annexes 8A-8E-"Technical parameters of the subject of the contract". Subject of the contract include In particular, the sale, delivery and bringing of equipment to the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party in the Warsaw Southern Hospital, the arrangement and assembly of the supplied devices in places indicated by the Ordering Party, launching the equipment and performance before technical reception (made by authorized persons) start -up, functional tests and devices' efficiency tests. The contractor is obliged to ensure the start of the device by the manufacturer's authorized service, if this is a necessary condition for maintaining the warranty. The subject of the contract also includes delivery complete technical documentation, user manual in Polish (in paper and/or electronic form) and warranty documents, as well as conducting position instruction for the staff indicated by the Employer in the field of service and exploitation ... - Documents:
