Unlimited tender PN/38it/07/2025/KPO for the supply of IT equipment and development of systems IT for the Warsaw South Hospital sp.z o.o. As part of the KPO D1.1.1 - part V
1. The subject of the contract is the supply of IT equipment and the expansion of IT systems for the Warsaw South Hospital sp.z o.o. Item Orders include:
Task No. 1 - System for managing operating rooms;
Task No. 2 - Integration of central sterilizer systems with the Medicus system;
Task No. 3 - Medical painting review station with the system.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 "Form assortment and percentage "and Annexes No. 8a-8C-" Technical parameters of the subject of the contract ". The subject of the contract includes, in particular, the sale, delivery and bringing of equipment to the rooms indicated by the Employer in the Warsaw Southern Hospital, distribution and assembly of the delivered devices in places indicated by the contracting authority, starting the equipment and performance before technical receipt (made by authorized persons) start -up, functional tests and tests of devices, implementation of systems. The contractor is obliged to ensure the start of the device by the manufacturer's authorized service, if this is a prerequisite for maintaining the warranty.
