Description:
The subject of the order is the delivery of medical equipment for the Warsaw hospital South South sp.z o.o. As part of the KPO D1.1.1 - part VII.
The subject of the contract includes:
Task No. 1 - electronic anesthesia card;
Task No. 2 - Computer tomograph - expansion with navigation and replacement injection;
Task No. 3 - infusion pump.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 "Assortment and Centrum Form" and Annexes No. 8a-8C-"Technical parameters of the subject of the contract". The subject of the contract includes, in particular, sales, delivery and contribution equipment medical to the rooms indicated by the Ordering Party in the Warsaw South Hospital, the distribution and installation of the supplied devices in places indicated by the Ordering Party, launching the equipment and the performance before technical receipt (made by authorized persons) start -up, attempts, trials functional and device efficiency tests. The contractor is obliged to ensure the start of the device by the manufacturer's authorized service, if this is a necessary condition for maintaining the warranty.
