- The subject of the contract is the supply and redemption of electricity in accordance with applicable regulations, qualitative standards of the PE Act and executive provisions, in particular the ordinance of the Minister of the Climate and the Environment of 22 March 2023 on detailed conditions of functioningpower system for subjective consumption points participating in the procedure, the list of which is in the specification of the terms of the contract.Lesser Poland Voivodship, the Employer is obliged to ensure that from January 1, 2025, 100% of electricity consumed during the year by its ownership of public buildings will come from renewable sources, in particular through the purchase of energy certified energyguarantee of electricity origin from renewable sources. In connection with the above, the Employer requires that 100 % of electricity supplied to PPE under part 2 and 3 of the order come from renewable sources. The contractor to whom the order will be awarded in this part will beobliged to provide a guarantee of the origin of electricity generated from renewable energy sources in renewable energy source installations, referred to in Chapter 5 of the Act of February 20, 2015 on renewable energy sources, which will show that 100 % contractedenergy...
