Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of medicinal products, described in detail in Annex 2a to SWZ (assortment and price form), which is its integral part.
2. The Employer has specified in the description of the subject of the contract the quality requirements relating to at least the main elements that make up the subject of the contract - requires the delivery of medicinal products with a strictly defined quality and quantitative composition - therefore the fact uses the possibility indicated in Article 246 para. 2 POP.
3. The contracting authority requires the offered medicinal products to be allowed to market in Poland, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 6 September 2001 in force in this respect (Journal of Laws No. 126, item 1381, as amended).
