The competition is conducted in the procedure of an unlimited and two -stage competition.
A) Stage I competition- Submission and evaluation of studies:
- submitting studies and applications to participate in the competition within the time limit specified in the competition schedule. The material scope, form of study and the presentation of studies are specified in Chapter V of the Regulations;
- OcenaAnonymized studies of studies by a competition court based on the criteria specified in Chapter VI of the Regulations and the selection of up to five (5) of the best study studies corresponding to the requirements set out in the regulations, which will be qualified to stage II of the competition;
-to submit competition entries of the competition participants, whose studies were qualified to the stage II of the competition.They were qualified to stage II of the competition within the time limit specified in the competition schedule. The material scope, the form of development and the presentation of competition entries are specified in Chapter VII of the Regulations;
- the price of anonymized competition entries by the Competition Court based on the criteriaspecified in Chapter VIII of the Regulations.
