4.1 The subject of this order is the service of updating and implementing changes in the Information Security Management System to ensure compliance with the PN-EN ISO/IEC 27001:2023 standard at the Ministry of State Assets. constitutes Appendix No. 1 to SWZ.4.2 The system will cover the Ordering Party's organization, excluding the area of processing classified information resulting from the Act of August 5, 2010 on the protection of classified information (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1209).4.3 The implementation of the subject of the Agreement is co-financed from funds National Recovery and Resilience Plan; data and optimization of the infrastructure of state services responsible for security, Cybersecurity Cybersecurity Government; set: KPOD.05.10-CR.01-001/24
