Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services to the Patent Office electronic services platform, hereinafter referred to as the system, in the range:
1.1. Standard software update;
1.2. Maintenance service provision;
1.3. Providing development services in the dimension of 2000 man -hours (2000 man -hours+ Additional ... man -hours offered);
1.4. Extending warranty on server infrastructure, extension of the equipment manufacturer's warranty and prolonging the manufacturer's support to standard software.
2. As part of the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor undertakes to transfer the authorproperty rights and dependent rights to works (products) produced or modified by the Contractor in connection with the performance of the contract, in the fields of operation indicated in the contract.
