- 1. The subject of the contract is to prepare project documentation of the Magdalena chamber security, along with access pavements and transport platforms, located at the level of the IIN Salt Mine "Wieliczka", hereinafter referred to as "project documentation" and exercising author's supervision induring the implementation of works provided for in project documentation.
2. In the implementation of the subject of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) develop a technical project for the implementation of security works, hereinafter referred to as the "technical project", in the scope of:
a) updating the documentation entitled "DesignSecurity of the Wojciech chamber complex in the part covering chamber III/284 (Magdalena chamber) "developed by the Science and Mining Traditions Foundation in December 2019, constituting Annex 2 to the Agreement, in the scope of securing the ceiling and Ocios of the Magdalena chamber, resulting from changes in the conditionsmining and geological and deterioration of the condition of the chamber,
b) technical design of the access pavement located south of the Magdalena chamber, between the Margielnik chamber and the region of the podszybia shaft Wojciech (area of the pavement inlet to the Magdalena chamber), along with the protection of the passageby the pitches and the inlet to the windshield Wojciech,
c) technical design of the transport platform enabling the rope transport of materials necessary to carry out security works in the southeast shelf area of the Margielnik chamber and Magdalena chamber,
