Upgrade of the EDUweb 360 portal system owned by the ordering party in the scope of E-Messages and Conversation Bots modules: Virtual Recruitment Assistant (WAR), Virtual Assistant of Studies (WATS) and implementation of the Virtual Assistant for People with Special Needs (WAOSP) and Virtual Employee Assistant or implementation of an equivalent solution, along with post-implementation support services within a period of 24 months. 1. The subject of the order is an upgrade of the system owned by the ordering party portal EDUweb 360 in the field of E-Messages and Conversation Bots modules: Virtual Recruitment Assistant (WAR), Virtual Assistant of Studies (WATS) and the implementation of the Virtual Assistant for People with Special Needs (WAOSP) and the Virtual Assistant, along with with post-implementation support services within 24 months.2. The effect of the project is to be the functioning of the following for the Ordering Party: a. An e-bulletin (e-message) system b. A jointly managed system of virtual assistants with a speech recognition mechanism (hereinafter referred to as the System WA) consisting of: i. Virtual Recruitment Assistant (WAR)ii. Virtual Assistant of Studies (WATS) - integrated with the USOSiii system. Virtual Assistant for People with Special Needs (WAOSP)iv. Virtual Employee Assistant (WAP) - integrated with the TETA MEwraz system with post-implementation support services for a period of 24 months.3. The Ordering Party has a license for the EDU web360 portal system from OPTeam. The Contractor will launch an e-message system and conversation bots, hereinafter referred to as virtual assistants based on your portal system. 4.
