- 1. The subject of the order is the design, construction and commissioning of newly designed pedestrian and bicycle routes as part of the subject of the order: Expansion of municipal roads at ul. Krtka I ul. Dbowa in the scope of construction of a pedestrian road, a bicycle path and a path for pedestrians and bicycles in town of Korytw A, Radziejowice commune, Yrardowski poviat - Route R3"2. The scope of the order includes the development of design documentation for the R3 route, obtaining a final decision authorizing the implementation of a road investment, a decision on a construction permit or effective notification of construction works not requiring a construction permit and the construction of roads for pedestrians and bicycles, bicycle paths and pedestrian paths along planned bicycle routes in the road zone of roads located in the Radziejowice Commune based on the parameters specified in the Functional and Utility Program (FFU) along with the targets traffic organization.3. The contractor is obliged to develop design documentation covering all aspects of the investment in question, which constitute the complete design documentation of the construction project in question.4.
