- The subject of the contract is the implementation of the project entitled: "The use of solar energy in the Malanow commune" in the locations indicated in the offer form and Annex 1 to the contract template, through:
1) Preparation of a plan of assembly work organizations.
2) Preparation of the investment implementation schedule, which will be subject to the awarding and acceptance of the Employer.
3) executive projects based on the assumptions presented in the functional and utility program (hereinafter PFU) and submitting them to the Employer to accept.
4) Supply of devices and performing installation works of micro -installations photovoltaic according to the accepted project.
5) Measurements and final tests.
6) Preparation of as -built documentation with the user manual.
7) Preparation of a completed application for micro -installations to a local power network operator.
8) making Applications for micro -installations on behalf of the Ordering Party.
9) Preparation of the Printing Notification to the State Fire Service (if required by law).
10) making all arrangements and permits under the law on behalf of the Ordering Party.
11) agreeing with the security appraiser fire -fighting compliance with fire protection requirements.
