Description:
1. The subject of the order is the supply of a used truck with a tipper body, manufactured no earlier than 2028.2. The offered vehicle must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party included in the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.3. The Ordering Party requires that the vehicle be undamaged and accident-free, technically efficient and ready for work.4. The ordering party does not allow any structural changes to the vehicle. The offered vehicle must comply with the original factory specifications. A truck must comes from mass production, it is not allowed to offer a vehicle from unit production.5. The offered car cannot constitute bank security or third party ownership rights or other rights of third parties, e.g. transfer of ownership security.6. Together with the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide all documents necessary for registration and authorizing the vehicle to traffic, including: current registration certificate, current registration plates, vehicle card (if refers to).
