Description:
1. The subject of the order is the delivery of a used truck with a tipper body.2. Place of delivery: Powiatowy Zarzd Drg, 86-300 Grudzidz, ul. Ignacego Paderewskiego 2333. The offered vehicle must meet the requirements of the Ordering Party included in the detailed description of the subject of the order constituting Appendix No. 6 to SWZ.4. The Ordering Party requires that the vehicle be undamaged and accident-free, technically efficient and ready for work.5. The ordering party does not allow any structural changes to the vehicle. The offered vehicle must be compliant with: original factory specification. The truck must come from series production, it is not allowed to offer a vehicle from unit production.6. The offered car cannot constitute bank security or third party property rights or other rights entitled to third parties, e.g. transfer of ownership as security.8. Together with the subject of the order, the Contractor will provide all documents necessary for registration and authorizing the vehicle to traffic, including: current registration certificate, current license plates, vehicle cards (if applicable).
