The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of a UTV vehicle with a fire extinguishing module, a trailer for the UTV vehicle and a transport trailer, intended for quick access to the scene of the incident and for carrying out firefighting and rescue operations during fires, disasters, mass events and crisis situations. and during the war for the Municipal Police Headquarters in Kalisz.2. The task in question is commissioned as part of the IMPLEMENTATION OF THE CIVIL PROTECTION AND CIVIL DEFENSE PROGRAM FOR 2025/2026 in the scope of Area II - LOGISTIC SECURITY AND ENSURING CONTINUITY OF SUPPLY - Supplementing the necessary resources and infrastructure to carry out OLiOC tasks. 3. The detailed scope of the order is specified in: Annex No. 1 (detailed description of the subject of the order), Annex No. 2 (list of technical parameters of the offered subject of the order) and Annex No. 3 (essential provisions of the contract).4. The contractor undertakes to deliver a brand new vehicle to the registered office of the Ordering Party, i.e. to the Municipal Headquarters of the State Fire Service in Kalisz, ul.
