• The subject of the order is the supply of diphtheria and tetanus vaccine, which is mandatory for persons over 19 years of age. In accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in the SWZ and under the conditions specified in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute annex to SWZ. Vaccine against diphtheria and tetanus, mandatory vaccination from the age of 19. Part: 1 I. DETERMINATION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE ORDER: 1. Vaccine against diphtheria and tetanus, mandatory vaccinations from the age of 19. Lot 1: in quantity 60,000 doses. 2. When selecting the most advantageous offer, the ordering party reserves the right to reduce the purchase of medicinal products, but not more than by 20% of the total subject of the order (in each of the above-mentioned parts) in the event of: exceeding the amount allocated for fulfillment of an order or objective and justified needs, in particular changes in patient demand. 3. The order must be completed in accordance with the requirements specified in the SWZ and PPU. II. SUBJECT MEASURES OF EVIDENCE: 2.1.
