Description:
1.The subject of the order is the supply of vaccines.

5. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers.
6.Vaccines offered must be admitted to marketing in the territory of the Republic of Poland in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001 Pharmaceutical Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 750, as amended), the validity period of the vaccines cannot be shorter than 12 months from the date of delivery.
7.Vaccines will be delivered gradually, as needed by the Ordering Party. The amount of vaccines given is an estimate.
8. The order is divided into 8 parts.
9. The contractor may submit an offer for any number of parts.

3. Vaccine against meningococcal group B - 1,000 pcs.
4. Hepatitis A vaccine for children - 300 pcs.
5. Chickenpox vaccine - 200 pcs.
6. Hepatitis B vaccine - 4 pcs.
