- 1. The subject of the order is to validate the CAISE platform. The order concerns the project implemented by the Ordering Party: Cloud platform (CAISE) for the production of universal intelligent services for various application areas. 2. Contractor is obliged to exercise all due diligence and take all possible steps to familiarize itself with the subject of the order in order to prepare a reliable offer. If found by the Contractor while preparing the offer discrepancies or doubts, the Contractor should submit to the Ordering Party a request for clarification of the content of the SWZ before the deadline for submitting offers. The ordering party will publish explanations on the website of the ongoing procedure. 3. The CAISE project is implemented by The Ordering Party under the IPCEI-CEI program, as aiming at the development of cloud services using artificial intelligence, intended to support the construction of cloud applications in order to increase the digitization of the public sector. 4.
