- 1. The subject of the contract is the valuation of non -residential real estate located in: Dęblin, Puławy, Nowe Miasto n/Pilica, Radom, Włodawa, Chełm, Kraśnik, Lublin and Siedlce.
2. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
3. From the contract award procedure, The contracting authority will exclude the Contractor if the conditions specified in: a) art. 108 para. 1 of the PZP Act, b) art. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022. on special solutions in the field of preventing support for aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws from 2024 item 507), c) art. 5k para. 1 of the Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of April 8, 2022 regarding amendment to Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 regarding limiting means in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Journal of Laws of EU No. L 111 of 8.4.2022, p. 1). A detailed description of the conditions for exclusion is included in point VII SWZ. 4. To confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion, the following documents should be submitted: a) information from the National Criminal Register to the extent specified in art. 108 para. 1 point 1
and 2 of the Act, drawn up not earlier than 6 months before its assembly;
