Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the valuation of non -residential real estate located in: Dęblin, Radom, Hrubieszow, Włodawa, Adamow and Rzeszow
2. The description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to SWZ.
3 The premises set out in: a) art. 108 para. 1 of the PZP Act, b) art. 7 para. 1 of the Act of April 13, 2022. on special solutions in the field of preventing support for aggression on Ukraine and to protect national security (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 507), c) art. 5k para. 1 Council Regulation (EU) 2022/576 of April 8, 2022 regarding amendment to Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 regarding limiting funds in connection with Russia's actions destabilizing the situation in Ukraine (Official Journal EU No. L 111 of 8.4.2022, p. 1). A detailed description of the conditions for exclusion is contained in point VII SWZ. 4. To confirm the lack of grounds for exclusion, the following documents should be submitted: a) information from the National Criminal Register to the extent specified in art. 108 para. 1 point 1
and 2 of the Act, drawn up not earlier than 6 months before its submission;
b) information from the National Register Criminal in the scope of art. 108 para. 1 point 4 of the Act regarding the lack of a final decision of the prohibition of applying for a public procurement as a criminal measure prepared not earlier than 6 months before its submission;
