Description: 1. The subject of the contract is the valuation of the property in the Agricultural Property Stock of the State Treasury (hereinafter "ZWRSP"), which is at the disposal of the National Agricultural Support Center, Local Branch in Olsztyn (hereinafter "KOWR OT Olsztyn") and purchased by KOWR OT Olsztyn on on the basis of the Act of April 11, 2003 on the shaping of the agricultural system (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2020, item 1655) and Art. 32a of the Act of 19 October 1991 on the management of agricultural real estate of the State Treasury (consolidated text, Journal of Laws 2020, item 396), in the poviats of Ełk, Giżycko, Gołdap, Olecki, Pisz, Węgorzewo. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the scope of the contractor's obligations can be found in Chapter III of the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract, which constitute an appendix to the SWZ.
