1. The subject of the contract is the verification of construction and executive design documentation, Performing comprehensive investor supervision over construction and assembly works and developing a material and financial settlement in Powidz as part of the implementation of the tasks: 1) "Construction and modernization of MPS compositions", 2) "Reconstruction of the fuel composition No. 4".
2. The order of the contract will take place in separate stages:
1) stage I - includes verification of the correctness and completeness of construction design documentation, made as part of the stage and contract with the general contractor, hereinafter referred to as "GW";
2) Stage II - includes verification of the correctness and completeness of executive design documentation, cost estimate, STWIOR, other necessary studies and decisions, made as part of stage II of the Agreement with GW;
3) Stage III - includes comprehensive investor supervision over construction and assembly works;
4) Stage IV - includes, in particular, the material and financial settlement of the task (composition MPS-4), during the works, as well as after GW completed and other entities performing works, services or delivery, including the development of documentation necessary to conduct a formal reception inspection-JFAI, in accordance with the templates of the Ordering Party's documents.
