Description:
1. The subject of the order is the collection, transport and disposal of veterinary waste from diagnosis at the Veterinary Hygiene Institute in Krakow, u. Brodowicza 13b, marked with the following codes according to the regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws Laws of 2020, item 10): a) 020180 (Animals dead and slaughtered for necessity and waste animal tissue indicating hazardous properties), b) 020181 (Animals dead and waste animal tissue constituting particular and high risk material other than those mentioned in 020180), c) 180205 (Chemicals, including reagents chemical, containing hazardous substances), d) 180202 (Other waste that contains live pathogenic microorganisms or their toxins and other forms capable of transferring genetic material known or for which there are reliable grounds for believing that they cause diseases in humans and animals), in a maximum quantity: 26,000 kg.3. The Contractor is obliged to provide waste collection services no less than three times a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) during the Ordering Party's working hours, i.e. 6:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m., and, if necessary, upon each request.
