Description:
1) Name given to the order: Virtualization of the server environment in the District Office in Szamotuy. 2) Subject of the order: A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in OPZ Appendix No. 1 to SWZ. The subject of the order also includes all works, duties and obligations of the Contractor included in the draft contract, including in particular sales, delivery, installation, configuration and workplace instructions for 2 people.3) The Ordering Party intends to allocate the following amounts for the implementation of this order: PLN 440,000.00 gross.4) Order completion date: up to 30 days from signing the contract (subject to evaluation in the offer evaluation criteria).5) Minimum warranty for the subject of the order: 36 months from the final acceptance.6) Payment deadline: up to 14 days from the final acceptance.7) Completion deadline: up to 30 days from signing the contract (constitutes a criterion in the adopted offer evaluation criteria).
