• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the servicing and calibration of devices for checking the fit of gas masks - PORTACOUNT PRO model 8030 in the years 2026-2028. 2. The requirements and a detailed description of the subject of the contract are detailed in the annex No. 1 to Specification of the Procurement Conditions, which the Ordering Party will provide to Contractors invited to submit offers who meet the conditions specified in the announcement. 3. The Ordering Party did not apply the option right in the proceedings in question. 4. The Ordering Party does not allow it possibility of submitting partial offers. 5. The Ordering Party does not require the Contractor and subcontractor to employ, under an employment contract (within the meaning of the provisions of the Labor Code), persons performing activities related to the execution of the order, as the activities covered by the subject of the contract do not involve performing work in the manner specified in Art. 22 §1 of the Act of June 26, 1974, Labor Code. 6. The order should be completed within: a) The Ordering Party requires that the order be completed on time resulting from the most advantageous offer, the number of calendar days from the receipt of the device by the Contractor in each calendar year of the contract, up to 60 days, but no later than October 30, 2026 (depending on which of the above-mentioned deadlines expire earlier). b) until October 29, 2027, provided that the order is confirmed in writing in 2027; c) until October 30, 2028, provided that the order is confirmed in writing...
