ASSESSMENT OF THE TECHNICAL CONDITION OF SURFACE-AIR MISSILE AND THE FORECAST OF THEIR MAINTENANCE ON THE BASIS OF RESEARCH ON THE PROPERTIES AND PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROCESSES AFFECTING SAFETY AND RELIABILITY OF OPERATION DURING OPERATION AFTER THE END OF THE GUARANTEED TECHNICAL LIFE OF THE MANUFACTURER OF THE GOPTTECHNICAL SUITABILITY OF THE OPT DETERMINED AFTER DIAGNOSTIC TESTS.
The purpose of the procedure is to develop substantive grounds for a decision by a Logistic Authority official in charge of the operation of surface-to-air missiles of the GROM, OSA, KUB, NEWA, WEGA class regarding the determination of thead ensuring the safety and reliability of the assessed products during handling, storage, transport and use as intended, as well as determining the periods of further operation.
The tests should be carried out taking into account the provisions contained in the MANUAL ON QUALITY AND SAFETYFOR THE SAFETY OF MILITARY ASSETS IN THE PROCESS OF OPERATION IN THE MINISTRY OF NATIONAL DEFENSE, ref. no. Logis 3/2010.
The Ordering Party does not provide for:
1. awarding contracts referred to in art. 305 point 1 in connection with art. 214 sec. 1 point 7 and 8 of the Public Procurement Law;
2. conclusion of a framework agreement;
3. settlements in foreign currencies;
4.electronic auction;
5. reimbursement of the costs of participation in the proceedings;
6. submitting an offer in the form of electronic catalogues;
7. possibility of granting advance payments,
8. awarding an optional contract (option rights), referred to in art. 441 sec. 1 of the Public Procurement Law.
