- The subject of the order is the provision by the Contractor to the Ordering Party of water laundry and dry cleaning services in the towns of Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmiski, Lipowiec, Ulesie, in the quantities indicated in the offer form (Appendix No. 1 to SWZ) and the assortment included in the lists constituting Annex No. 1 to draft provisions of the contract. The subject of the order and the method of execution of the order are included in the draft provisions of the contract (including annexes). Pursuant to Art. 441 of the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party provides for the possibility of exercising the right of option in the scope of each of the the parts into which this order has been divided, in accordance with the provisions of the draft provisions of the contract constituting annexes to the SWZ. In the offer form, the ordering party will specify the basic order level, which may be extended by increasing the quantity of the assortment to the maximum quantity specified in the table in Ilo option column. The Ordering Party reserves that the services covered by the option right must be provided on the terms and conditions specified for the basic order in the quantity and price indicated in the offer form.
