Description:
1. Subject of the fall are successive washing and ironing, and foiling of the protective clothing of employees and students, they came up, pink, tablecloths, tablecloths, curtains, falls, rodnik, cierek, kocw, coder and pillow of the buffalo flavored silicone ball for the needs of units of the Medical University of Piastw in Wrocław. 2. The subject of the felling is described in the beginning No. 1 to the SWZ (description of the subject of the skew) and the beginning No. 3 to SWZ (assortment and price form). The ordering one requires the offered services to be available for requirements contained in the beginning No. 1 - 3 to SWZ. He defines detailed conditions and rules for the implementation of the contract WZRA of the contract (takes place No. 9 to SWZ). 3. The quantities provided in the assortment and price form is only forecasts, the need for kidnapping offers. In the course of the performance of the contracting agreement, the subject of the pollination will be implemented in accordance with the actual needs of Ordering organizational units. 4. Place of implementation Winner: the laundry range is carried out from the units of the Medical University of Piastw Lskich in Wroclaw in accordance with Occupation No. 8 to SWZ.
