Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the washing and maintenance of work and protective clothing for employees of the Office of Technical Inspection in Radom. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected. in the event of exceeding the estimated funds. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: invoices issued after the end of the month based on the service implementation protocol. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice. - Completion date: from the date of signature orders by December 31, 2026 - the service must be performed within 5 business days from the date of handing over the clothing, - the Contractor must have a clothing collection point in the city of Radom, UDT employees individually deliver and collect the clothing, - deadline validity period of the offer is 60 days, - additional costs: all additional costs on the Contractor's side, - the service will be performed successively, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party, - liability for any damage to work clothes resulting from inappropriate conduct in the performance of the service will be borne by the Contractor. In accordance with the offer evaluation criterion "Social Clauses", the Tenderer will receive additional points in the offer evaluation process if he meets one of the criteria: - runs a sole proprietorship business activity and complete the order independently, - assigns a person employed under a full-time employment contract to perform the contract, - assigns a disabled person employed full-time to perform the contract...
