- βOn behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for washing and maintenance services of work clothes for OUDT employees in Lublin. Scope of service: 1. Transport (collection and delivery) of clothing from/to the UDT office in Lublin, street Droga MΔczennikΓ³w Majdanka 6, 20-325 Lublin, will be performed at the Contractor's expense.2. Collection of the assortment on the agreed day based on an order placed by phone or e-mail from a representative of the Office of Technical Inspection in Lublin.3. Service laundry will include: collection of clothes, appropriate selection of washing agents, disinfection, drying, ironing, delivery of clean clothes to the Ordering Party.4. The service will be provided within 7 days from the date of placing the order.5. Laundry services will be confirmed acceptance reports, constituting the basis for issuing invoices.6. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of receipt of an invoice issued correctly in terms of formal and accounting aspects to the Office of Technical Inspection, preferred issuance of an invoice in electronic form, invoices issued not more than once a month.7. The service will be carried out successively, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party. 8. Liability for any damage to work clothes resulting from improper conduct while performing the service will be borne by Contractor.9. Washing and maintenance should be carried out according to procedures adapted to the manufacturer's recommendations. The agents used in the washing/cleaning process must not damage the fabric.
