- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the service of washing, maintenance and repair of work clothes for employees of the Office of Technical Inspection, Office in Częstochowa in 2026. We reserve that the procedure may end with no offer being selected. in the event of exceeding the estimated funds. The Ordering Party requires: 1. The service will be performed in accordance with the current needs of the Client, successively based on an order placed by phone or e-mail from a representative of the Office of Technical Inspection in Częstochowa, maximum once a month.2. The service includes: collection of clothes from the Customer (address: UDT office in Częstochowa, ul. Kilińskiego 115, 42-218 Częstochowa) during office hours, washing and maintenance (according to the manufacturer's recommendations), drying, ironing, sorting, marking, minor repair services/tailoring corrections, delivery clothing to the Ordering Party, 3. The assortment quantities forecasted by the Ordering Party are estimates. The Ordering Party may provide a smaller amount of the laundry product during the execution of the contract.4. The waiting time for the service will be determined each time the clothes are collected for the service by the Principal, however, it will not exceed 5 business days,5. The Contractor will be liable for any damage to work clothes resulting from improper conduct while performing the service.6. The prices given in the offer should include all related costs services...
