- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the service of washing protective and work clothes for the employees of the Branch of the Office of Technical Inspection in Katowice at ul. Wrocławska 54We reserve, that the procedure may end with no offer being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The Ordering Party requires: 1. Transport (collection and delivery) of clothing from/to the UDT headquarters in Katowice, ul. Wrocławska 54.2. Collection of the assortment on the agreed date based on an order placed by phone or e-mail from a Branch representative.3. The laundry service will include: appropriate selection of washing agents, disinfection, drying, ironing, sorting, marking (involving heating identifier into clothes in a thermal transfer form), packing of work clothes divided into employees and minor repair services.4. The service will be provided within 3 business days from the date the clothes are collected for washing and delivered to the Office Branch Technical Supervision in Katowice.5. Laundry services will be confirmed by acceptance reports, which will constitute the basis for issuing invoices.6. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of receipt of an invoice issued correctly in terms of formal and accounting aspects to the Office of Technical Inspection, preferred issuing an invoice in electronic form, invoices issued no more than once a month.7. The service will be provided successively, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party, on average once a month.8. Answers...
