- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the service of washing protective and work clothes for the employees of the Office of the Office of Technical Inspection in Bielsko-Biała at ul. Legionow 81. We reserve that the proceedings may end with no offer being selected in the event of exceeding the estimated funds. The subject of the order is the provision of a laundry service for work clothes successively, as needed, in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. ➢ the service will be performed in accordance with the needs of the Customer, on average once a month, i.e. no more than 12 times a year, by the Contractor based on an order placed by phone or e-mail from a representative of the Office of Technical Inspection in Bielsko-Biała ➢ one transport service should be understood as: collection of clothes from the Customer (address: UDT Bielsko-Biała 43-300 ul. Legionow 81) and delivery of clothes to the Customer after the washing service has been performed (address: UDT Bielsko-Biała 43-300 ul. Legionow 81)➢the prices given in the offer should include all costs related to the service (washing and maintenance (according to the manufacturer's recommendations), drying, ironing, sorting, minor repair services / tailoring changes) regardless of the quantity and frequency of clothing sent for washing or repairs/tailoring changes, as well as transport➢ the liability for any damage to work clothes resulting from improper conduct while performing the service will be borne by Orders...
