Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the service of washing protective and work clothes for the employees of the Office of the Office of Technical Inspection in Olsztyn at Al. Wojska Polskiego 48. We reserve that the proceedings may end with no choice offers in the event of exceeding the estimated funds. The Ordering Party requires that the laundry has a point for accepting clothes for washing in the city of Olsztyn, UDT employees will individually deliver and collect clothes in order to provide the service. The Ordering Party requires: 1. The laundry service will include: appropriate selection of washing agents, disinfection, drying, ironing and sorting.2. Service performance: within 5 business days from the date of delivery of clothes by the UDT employee for washing.3. Laundry services will be confirmed by acceptance reports, which constitute the basis for issuing invoices. 4. Invoice will be issued after the end of the calendar month in which the service was used, based on a report containing the detailed number of items washed. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of delivery of the invoice to the Office of Technical Inspection.5. The service will be implemented successively, according to needs the Ordering Party.6. The Contractor will be liable for any damage to work clothes resulting from improper conduct while performing the service.7.
