Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the washing service of protective and work clothes for the employees of the Office of the Office of Technical Inspection in Puławy at ul. Al.Tysiąclecia Polskiego 13 (24-110) in 2026 r.We reserve that the proceedings may end with no offer being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The contractor must have a clothing collection point in the city of Puławy (UDT employees will individually deliver and collect clothing in purpose of providing the service). The Ordering Party allows the offer to be sent by e-mail to adreszakupy@udt.gov.pl (please fill out the form available in the Attachments tab). The Ordering Party requires: 1. The laundry service will include: appropriate selection detergents, disinfection, drying, ironing, sorting.2. Completion period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026. The service will be completed within 5 business days from the date of delivery of the clothes by the UDT employee to the laundry point.3. Laundry services confirmed will be acceptance reports constituting the basis for issuing invoices. 4. Invoices issued after the end of the month based on the service implementation protocol. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice. 5. The service will be implemented gradually, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party.6. The Contractor will be liable for any damage to work clothes resulting from improper conduct while performing the service.7. Washing and maintenance should be carried out...
