- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the provision of the service of washing work clothes of inspectors of the Branch of the Office of Technical Inspection in Gdańsk in 2026. The Ordering Party requires: - payment terms: invoices issued after the end of the month based on the service implementation report. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of receipt of the invoice. - Completion date: from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026 - All additional costs are borne by the Contractor. - Waiting time for the service: up to 5 business days from the date of receipt of the clothes - Washing and maintenance of work clothes will be carried out in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations. Liability for any damage to work clothes resulting from improper conduct while performing the service will be borne by the Contractor. - The prices given in the offer should include all costs related to the service, regardless of the quantity and frequency of clothing transferred. - The service will be confirmed each time after its completion with a protocol confirming the service. - Laundry will be delivered individually by employees to designated reception points - Laundry should be carried out according to procedures adapted to the level of dirt and guaranteeing high quality of washed clothes (both in terms of bacteriology and hygiene).
