Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for washing work and protective clothing of employees of the Office of Technical Inspection, Branch in Warsaw, Al. Jerozolimskie 172 in 2026. We reserve that the procedure may end with the lack of selection of the offer in in the event of exceeding the estimated funds. The Ordering Party agrees to submit offers by e-mail to the following address: sklep@udt.gov.pl Attachment: Offer form - complete only if the offer is submitted by e-mail - please attach the signed pdf form to the e-mail. The Ordering Party requires: 1. Transport (collection and delivery) of clothing from/to the OUDT headquarters in Warsaw, ul. Al. Jerozolimskie 172 will be performed at the bidder's expense - this cost should be included in the total cost of the offer.2. Delivery of the assortment as needed, at least twice a month. 3. Collection of the assortment at the agreed time day based on an order placed by phone or e-mail from a branch representative, no later than within 3 days of ordering.4. The service will be provided within 3 business days from the date the clothes are collected for washing and delivered to the branch.5. Laundry services will be confirmed acceptance protocols, which constitute the basis for issuing invoices,6. Payment deadline: 21 days from the date of receipt of the VAT invoice by the Office of Technical Inspection, preferred issuance of the invoice in electronic form, invoices issued no more than once a month.7.
