Description:
On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for successive services of washing work clothes for employees of the Office of Technical Inspection in Opole. We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility of conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations) in the form of an auction discount or offer inquiry. We reserve that the proceedings may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The official confirmation of the willingness to complete the order is the sending of an order by the Ordering Party. Scope of service: 1. The contractor is obliged to: having a clothing collection point in the city of Opole.2. UDT employees individually deliver and collect clothing. The service will be carried out successively, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party3. The service will be performed within 3 business days from the date of delivery of the clothing to washing.4. Washing and maintenance should be carried out according to procedures adapted to the clothing manufacturer's recommendations. Chemicals used in the washing/cleaning process must not damage the fabric.5. Liability for any damage to work clothes resulting from improper conduct the Contractor will be responsible for the performance of the service. In accordance with the offer evaluation criterion "Social Clauses", the Tenderer will receive additional points in the offer evaluation process if he meets one of the criteria: - runs a sole proprietorship and will complete the order on his own, - will refer to implementation...
