- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for the washing, cleaning and repair of work and protective clothing for employees of the Office of Technical Inspection in Tarnów in 2026. We reserve that the proceedings may end lack of selection of the offer in the event of exceeding the estimated funds. The Ordering Party allows the submission of the offer - the Offer form (in the attachments) by e-mail to the address sklep@udt.gov.pl. The Ordering Party requires: 1. The laundry room should have a clothing collection point washing in the city of Tarnów. Work clothes will be transferred to the laundry and collected from the laundry by an employee of the Office of Technical Inspection (point of accepting clothes for washing in the city of Tarnów, or at a distance of no more than 10 km from the seat of the Office of Technical Inspection in Tarnów (address: ul. Czerwonych Klonów 6, 33-101 Tarnów)2.The laundry service will include: appropriate selection of washing agents, disinfection, drying, ironing, sorting and minor repair services.3. Laundry services will be confirmed by acceptance reports, constituting the basis for issuing invoices. 4. Invoices issued in a one-month period based on the service implementation protocol. Transfer within 21 days from the date of receipt of the VAT invoice by the Office of Technical Inspection, preferably issuing an invoice in electronic form, 5. Service implementation will take place successively, in accordance with the needs of the Ordering Party.6. The waiting time for the service will be determined each time the clothes are accepted for service by the Contractor, but will not exceed 5...
