Description:
The subject of the order is the collection and management of waste in the period 01.12.2025 - 30.11.2028, divided into four parts of the order: part of the order No. 1 - collection and management of pilgrimage waste; Part of the order No. 2 - Happy waste collection and management; Part of the order No. 3 - collection and waste management other than hazardous; Part of the order No. 4 - Reception and management of medical waste and containing psychotropic or psychoactive substances containing in its composition.
Detailed description of the subject of the contract are attachments No. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D, 2 and 5A, 5b, 5c and 5d to SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the reception, on the principles set out in the contract (including loading and export from the unit by its own means of transport, in accordance with applicable regulations) by -products of animal origin category 3 provided
during the period of the contract in the quantity:
- minimum: 140,000 kg / 12 months 420,000 kg / 36 months
- maximum: 280,000 kg / 12 months 840,000 / 36 months
and waste with code 16 03 80 (Products food expired or useless for consumption) provided for in the period of the contract in the quantity:
- minimum: 12,000 kg / 12 months 36,000 kg / 36 months,
- maximum 20,000 kg / 12 months 60,000 kg / 36 months
