Subject of the order is:
Part I: "Providing the service of collecting municipal waste and managing this waste from owners of real estate where residents live, built in the Zawiercie Commune."
The scope of the service includes:
1. Collection and management of the entire stream of municipal waste transferred by owners of properties located in the Zawiercie Commune where residents live, in such a way as to ensure the best possible effects of municipal waste management, in order to provide the Zawiercie Commune with the highest possible levels of recycling and preparation for reuse and recycling of municipal waste, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Silesian Voivodeship.
