Description:
The subject of the order is the collection, transport and disposal of medical waste with codes 18 01 01, 18 01 02*, 18 01 03*, 18 01 08*, 18 01 06*, 18 01 09 originating from the operations of USK-2 PUM in Szczecin (hereinafter referred to as USK-2) from the Szczecin location al. Greater Poland Insurgents 72. 2. The order consists of 1 task. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Chapter II of the SWZ, the estimated amounts of waste to be collected are included in the unit price form (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ, hereinafter also as FCJ). Waste classification symbols are given in accordance with the regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws 2020.10). 4. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of variant offers. 5. The ordering party requires implementation subject of the order for a period of 12 months, counted from the date of commencement of the provision of services.
