Description:
4.1. The subject of the order is the collection of waste from the Olszanica commune in 2026 and the conduct of two educational workshops related to waste management.4.2. Approximate amount of municipal waste that the Ordering Party expects to collect from owners residential properties and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point during the execution of the order will amount to approximately 948Mg.4.3. Pursuant to the content of Art. 433 points 4 of the Public Procurement Law, the Ordering Party informs that the minimum value of the benefit is 25% of the remuneration gross contractual value indicated in section 3. 1 of the draft contract.4.4. The detailed scope and method of implementing the subject of the order are specified in (Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ) Detailed description of the subject of the order (OPZ) and the Draft contract constituting (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ).
