Description:
1. The subject of the order is the provision of "Waste collection, transport and management services with code 17 09 04" at Master - Odpady i Energia sp. z o.o. (mixed waste from construction, renovation and dismantling other than those listed in the codes: 17 09 01; 17 09 02; 17 09 03) originating from Selective Points Municipal waste collection and waste collection services provided by business entities and individuals.
2. The method of waste management with code 17 09 04 must be consistent with the applicable legal provisions and the recovery or disposal processes specified
in the attachment No. 1 or 2 to the Act of December 14, 2012. on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779,
as amended).
3. The estimated amount of waste to be managed will not exceed 3,000 Mg during the duration of the contract concluded as a result of the proceedings. The actual amount of waste transferred for management according to demand Ordering Party. The contractor cannot make any claims
due to the reduction in the amount of waste collected. The Ordering Party reserves that the given quantity is an estimated value, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the order.
4. The Ordering Party will load this waste into the previous one containers provided by the Contractor, for semi-trailers such as bathtubs or moving floors, which will be resistant
for possible damage related to loading of heavy waste that may be found
in waste with code 17 09 04 - the Ordering Party will not be responsible for this type of damage responsibility...
