Description:
1. The subject of this order is the service of collection and management in the R1 and/or R12 process of waste with code 19 12 12 (pre RDF) or 19 12 10 (combustible waste - alternative fuel) - plastic packaging, waste remaining after waste segregation into sorting line, along with waste transport services from RZUOK Rypin sp. z o. o. in the Urban Forest, commune Rypin2. Amount of waste with code 19 12 12 or 19 12 10 intended for collection, transport and management within three (3) months from the entry into force of the contract (expected beginning in January/February 2026) is approximately 200 Mg. Waste in the form of compressed bales / cubes.3. Waste collection will take place successively, depending on the needs of the Ordering Party.4. The subject of the order is specified in detail in the appendices to the SWZ: Appendix No. 2 (Drafted provisions of the contract) and Annex No. 1 (Description of the subject of the order).
