- Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of waste collection, transport and management services with code 16 01 03 - tires at Master - Odpady i Energia sp. z o.o. (used tires) coming from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points, passenger and truck tires collected in container or loose.2. The method of waste management with code 16 01 03 must be consistent with the applicable legal provisions and recovery or disposal processes specified in Annex No. 1 or 2 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as follows: d.). 3. The estimated amount of waste to be managed will not exceed 550 Mg, but will not be lower than 385 Mg during the duration of the contract concluded as a result of the proceedings. The actual amount of waste transferred for management according to the Ordering Party's needs. The contractor may not pursue any claims in respect thereof reducing the amount of waste collected. The Ordering Party stipulates that the given amount is an estimate, illustrating the possible scope of the subject of the order.4.
