- 1. The subject of the order is the provision of waste collection, transport and management services with code 19 12 02 - bulk scrap at Master - Odpady i Energia sp. z o.o. (bulk scrap) bulk scrap from Selective Municipal Waste Collection Points is collected in a container or in bulk.2. Way management of waste with code 19 12 02 must be consistent with the applicable legal provisions and recovery or disposal processes specified in Annex No. 1 or 2 to the Act of December 14, 2012 on waste (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779, as amended). 3. Estimated amount of waste to development will not exceed 400 Mg, but will not be lower than 280 Mg during the duration of the agreement concluded as a result of the proceedings. The actual amount of waste transferred for management according to the Ordering Party's needs. The contractor cannot pursue any claims for a reduction in the amount of waste collected. The Ordering Party stipulates that the given amount is an estimate, illustrating the possible scope of the subject of the order.4.
