Description:
1. The subject of the order are collection services from indicated locations, transport, management and forwarding for further utilization/disposal of waste in the form of tobacco products, i.e. cigarettes, tobacco, cigars, cigarillos, etc.; textile products, clothing, footwear, backpacks, bags, etc., plastic products and packaging; described in Annex No. 1/I to the SWZ (Detailed description of the subject of the order for Part I).2. The location of the place of destruction of products in Part I should be within a distance of 120 km the Ordering Party's warehouse (Krwniki 180, 37-700 Przemyl). The distance from the place of destruction of products to the location of the warehouse is understood as the shortest road route between the location of destruction and the location of the warehouse (the distance must be consistent with the indications specified on the Google Maps website (www.maps.google.com) using the "driving option").3. In the case referred to in point 2, the Ordering Party will use its own transport to transport the products to the destruction site.4. The Ordering Party allows the possibility of the location of the destruction of the products was outside the area designated in point 2, with the proviso that in such a case the Contractor...
